Marcus Guillard
Over the decades my artistic practice, professional career, and creative community have grown inextricable and serve to bring people together, to create art, that brings people together.
Although Marcus began his creative journey by way of fashion photography on the East Coast, he discovered his niche and what he is known best for after making the trek to the left coast at almost 30 years old.
He is one of the first people that many Bay Area producers and event coordinators think of when they want to pull off something big, something that draws people together and something that won’t be soon forgotten.
Marcus Guillard is a collaborative installation artist and photographer with an emphasis on interactive and improvisational theatrics who runs a successful, 11 years in operation, design and fabrication business, One Hat One Hand, in San Francisco, CA. He resides at Shade Tree, a creative living space in Oakland, CA, where he is Board President.
